Contribution of men who have sex with men (MSM) attending due to contact tracing to the diagnoses of HIV, syphilis and gonorrhoea in MSM from a clinic-based population
Conclusion Contact tracing contributes significantly to the overall diagnoses of HIV, syphilis and gonorrhoea including asymptomatic sexual contacts in our population. Further efforts to increase the yield from contact tracing may continue to reduce the burden of HIV, syphilis and gonorrhoea within sexual networks of MSM.

Sexual happiness and satisfaction with sexual safety among German trans men who have sex with men: results from EMIS-2017
CONCLUSIONS: Sexual happiness, control of sexual boundaries, satisfaction with sexual safety, financial security, mental wellbeing and HIV testing were all lower in German trans MSM compared with cis MSM. Tailored sexual health interventions, contextualized with regard to needs and vulnerabilities, could address this inequality.PMID:36225154 | DOI:10.1002/jia2.25992

Sexual (Risk) Behavior and Risk-Reduction Strategies of Home-Based Male Sex Workers Who Have Sex with Men (MSW-MSM) in The Netherlands: A Qualitative Study
This study aimed to gain an understanding of sexual (risk) behavior, factors influencing sexual (risk) behavior, and applied risk-reduction strategies of home-based MSW-MSM. For this qualitative study, semi-structured individual interviews were conducted with 20 home-based MSW-MSM in the Netherlands. The interviews' recordings were transcribed verbatim and thematically analyzed with Atlas.ti 8. Condom use was reported to be high during anal sex, but low during oral sex and mostly determined by STI risk perception, trust in clients, and sexual pleasure. Many experienced condom failure, while few knew what to do after condom...

Understanding disparities in HIV infection between black and white MSM in the United States
Conclusion: Less knowledge of partner HIV status and lower ART use among black MSM may partially explain differences in HIV infection between black and white MSM. Efforts to encourage discussions about HIV status between MSM and their partners and decrease barriers to ART provision among black MSM may decrease transmission.
