E-172 Gamma knife radiosurgery as treatment of bilateral dural arteriovenous fistulas: a case report
ConclusionGamma knife radiosurgery appears to be an effective treatment modality for bilateral dAVF. We encourage further investigation regarding the efficacy and outcomes of different treatment modalities for bilateral dAVF as well as the epidemiology of bilateral dAVF.Abstract E-172 Figure 1Disclosures T. E-213 The role of 3D segmentation in venous embolization of skull base dural arteriovenous fistulae: a case series
ConclusionMMIS is useful in the preprocedural planning and postprocedural analysis of dAVF treatment, especially in cases involving tortuous vasculature and difficulty localizing the fistulous zone as it combines MRI and angiography in a way that can overcome the traditional spatial and temporal dissociation of draining veins and normal venous structures on catheter angiography alone.Abstract E-213 Table 1Case presentations and outcomes Case Number Age (decade) Gender Presentation Diagnosis Location of fistulous point Draining Veins Outcomes 1 50 F Cerebellar SDH Cognard IV Vermian dAVF Superior vermian vein Superior verm...

E-266 Outpatient-based cerebral venography and manometry via the antecubital vein
ConclusionWe think that performing outpatient-based cerebral venography and manometry via the antecubital vein is safe and feasible. Since there were cases converting to a transfemoral venous approach, further research is needed to determine which patients would be appropriate for attempting femoral venous access first.Disclosures B. Successful repositioning procedure for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo after stapedotomy
This report aimed to investigate the relationship after successful left-sided stapedotomy and postoperative benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) due to vitamin D deficiency. A 56-year-old woman presented with a complaint of progressive hearing loss and tinnitus in the left ear without dizziness. A successful left-sided stapedotomy was performed, confirming the diagnosis of otosclerosis and closing the air-bone gap to less than 10 dB. Seven days after the stapedotomy, the patient reported dizziness, usually when turning to her left side in the bed. An electrophysiological assessment was performed to investigate vesti...
