PAREXEL buys Kennesaw ’s Medical Affairs Company
PAREXEL International Corp. (NASDAQ: PRXL) will buy Kennesaw, Ga.-based The Medical Affairs Company LLC for an undisclosed sum. The deal should close in February, the companies said in a joint statement. A Nashville medical firm has bought one of Tampa Bay ’s largest veteran-owned firms.
