Clinical improvement in early onset interstitial lung disease using rituximab in children with anti-MDA5 positive juvenile dermatomyositis
CONCLUSION: This is the first study to examine the use of RTX in children with JDM and anti-MDA5 antibodies, with notable improvements ILD, cutaneous and musculoskeletal manifestations. Guillain-Barr é syndrome in patients dying with COVID-19 in Italy: a retrospective study

Fluoro-edenite non-neoplastic diseases in Biancavilla (Sicily, Italy): pleural plaques and/or pneumoconiosis?
CONCLUSIONS: Asbestosis-like features were substantiated in Biancavilla residents without known occupational exposure to asbestos. Analysis and prediction of liver volume change maps derived from computational tomography scans acquired pre- and post-radiation therapy
This study leverages the use of deep learning-based segmentation and biomechanical deformable image registration (DIR) to analyze and predict this relationship. Pre- and Post-EBRT imaging data were collected for 100 patients treated for HCC, CC or CRC with IMRT with prescription doses ranging from 50 to 100 Gy delivered in 10 to 28 fractions. Investigation of uncertainty in internal target volume definition for lung stereotactic body radiotherapy
This study evaluated the validity of internal target volumes (ITVs) defined by three- (3DCT) and four-dimensional computed tomography (4DCT), and subsequently compared them with actual movements during treatment. Five patients with upper lobe lung tumors were treated with stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) at 48 Gy in four fractions.
