Clipping of a Rebleeding Ruptured Aneurysm After Woven EndoBridge Treatment
CONCLUSION: As a conclusion, re-bleeding can be seen after aneurysm treatment with the Web device. If it is planned to re-close the aneurysm treated with the web device with a surgical clip, the pressure created by the device against the vessel can be reduced with the additional clip.PMID:37715605 | DOI:10.5137/1019-5149.JTN.41381-22.2

Evaluation of Willis Polygon Morphometry with Cranial Tomographic Angiography
CONCLUSION: We also found that the vessel diameters were similar in the HT, DM and HT+DM groups, and smaller than the control group. In addition, we think that knowing WP morphometric measurements will both guide the radio-anatomical evaluations to be made and increase the level of microanatomical knowledge in surgical treatment.PMID:37715602 | DOI:10.5137/1019-5149.JTN.40346-22.4

Safety of antenatal predniso(lo)ne and dexamethasone on fetal, neonatal and childhood outcomes: a systematic review
CONCLUSIONS: Based on the limited evidence found in this systematic review, predniso(lo)ne may have less side-effects compared to dexamethasone in short- and long-term outcomes. Current literature shows minimal risk of side-effects in the newborn by administration of a prenatal predniso(lo)ne dose of up to 10 mg per day.PMID:37715964 | DOI:10.1210/clinem/dgad547

The role and expression of pro/antiangiogenic factors and microRNAs in gestational hypertension and pre-eclampsia
CONCLUSION: This study provides better insights into angiogenic factors and microRNAs specificity to the subtypes of gestational hypertensive disorders in pregnancy. Relative expression analysis of angiogenic factors and microRNAs showed possible novel characteristics of gestational hypertension, and potential common molecular and pathological profiles with pre-eclampsia. Furthermore, we postulate that sEng and miR29B could be early detection markers for pre-eclampsia and gestational hypertension, respectively.PMID:37716201 | DOI:10.1016/j.ejogrb.2023.09.012
